My name is Symbat, I am a professional guide and tour guide. My desire to explore the rich history and culture of Almaty led me to this area. For the last 2 years I have been conducting tours aimed at showing tourists the hidden sights, unique cultural objects and amazing natural views of our city.
The main feature of my tours are author’s itineraries with personal approach and in-depth knowledge. I pay special attention to each traveller and choose a tour taking into account his interests and preferences.
My goal is to introduce you to Almaty not only from the tourist point of view, but also from the local point of view. Together with you we will enter the history of Almaty, get acquainted with its rich culture and admire the beautiful nature.

Description of the author's tour
My author’s tour is a unique journey to discover the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Almaty. During the tour we explore the historical centres of the city, popular attractions and various aspects of local life. We also travel through scenic natural areas, including Medeo Gorge and Koktobe. On this tour, my goal is to give each participant the opportunity to experience Almaty’s unique atmosphere and to gain a deep understanding of its history and culture.

Almaty tour description:
Almaty is the cultural and financial centre of Kazakhstan and one of the largest cities in the country. During this tour we will see the most important places of the city and get acquainted with its rich history and culture.
1. Medeu skating rink: one of the highest skating rinks in the world. Here you can do winter sports.
2. Shymbulak Ski Resort: Here you can enjoy marvellous mountain scenery, climb the mountain and relax.
3. Koktobe TV Tower: This TV tower on Mount Koktobe offers a wonderful view of the city and its surroundings.
4. Central State Museum: In this museum you can get a lot of information about the rich historical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.
5. Panfilovtsev Park: This park has monuments to the heroes of the 28 Panfilovshirsky Divisions.
6. Ascension Cathedral: This is a unique wooden church, amazingly built without nails.
7. Arbat pedestrian street: on this street you can see the works of various artists and craftsmen, as well as buy souvenirs.
